What is that smell?!

It's fairly often that I hear those words. They sometimes come when we've just come from a hiking adventure, or when we jump in the hot car after leaving half-eaten food in the cup holders. Sometimes I hear them when I'm cooking....depending on the tone of voice they are uttered in, and how the nose is crinkled, determines if I'm happy about hearing them or not!!

The other day I uttered them myself after entering our shed....and after having Marand's super nose verify, Yep, something died in there. This is where having kids gets really fun. Hahaha!

We gave them the keys to the shed, a flash light, and a timer. From oldest to youngest they each got 3 minutes to go in, and search for the 'prize'! There was a $5.00 reward offered for the location of the deceased one....and Jacob and Zaria won!

....much to the dismay of Isaac and CJ! They quickly negotiated another $5.00 prize for themselves if they would retrieve it...so they practiced picking up a rock without touching it, and after succeeding they headed back in to pick up the real thing.

Got it!! Poor little bunny didn't have a chance after getting locked inside that shed :( But it sure made for an entertainging, memorable evening!
